AS usual, woke up early and report to work at air force school. Today I am very energetic. I don't know why and even my person-in-charge wonders. HAha.. Cause after one task I asked for another.

Maybe I am looking forward to the end of the day? Yup, Maybe. When the time was 300pm, Mama Beez and I went for PT. Yup, PT! Slim down session. HAHA.. Went to the gym for about 15 mins before going to the stadium to warm up and started running. Timing is as usual lousy. 16:47 mins for 2.4km (outer most lane). Super Lousy. 13 seconds to failure of IPPT. HOW?

After running, right leg calf was 'injured'. So I cooled down for quite sometime and proceed to the gym again cause still got time. Do some hand exercises and running on threadmill 2 click. Ha. Sweat a lot which is good! GOOD! But i weigh myself, although I lose 1 kg, pathetic 1 kg, its not enough~ Cause after eating I will be back to normal weigh!

I am FAT! I was looking @ my leg yesterday in the office and I told Beez and Ben that my leg looks like Zhu Jiao~ Tink i run too much le.. the calf getting bigger and bigger... Die Die Die Die.. Then I also told Ram - best buddy to talk rubbish with that my leg is big. He say yes, its big like elephant trunk. Lamer right. Yes, my friends and I are lamers. I going crazy each day. hAHa..

hmm.. anyway, tml reporting to work @ 12pm cause need to help out in an event till night 8pm. ShaG day~

Might be meeting boy boy's friend later~ hopefully. He say want treat me de.. And I like his white Lancer EX!!!! He said other than his mum, I am the first to sit his car and he drove me home the every first time i meet up with him and my boy boy. So waiting for the next time again~ Hopefully. He already shuang yue me a lot of times le.. sigh.. he is a busy busy guy nae.. and a very tall guy rather. Also talk rubbish with him a lot coz he did to me too! We two can talk rubbish for more than half an hour~ cant believe that I can do that to my boy boy's buddy. HA! the first boy's buddy that can talk freely to him~ lol..

Anyway, last friday I also sat Ram's suzuki swift car. Not bad I can say for such car. =) And I also talk rubbish with him~

I think i am going nuts.. too lame tings to say each day! So friends, remind me that dun talk too much~ else U will see me in hougang chalet pretty soon. HA! Maybe its a way to forget about other things ba. Yup. Maybe. But talking rubbish makes me think less too! heez.
